RAW Hair is human hair that is in its natural state and sourced from a human donor. There has not been chemical changes, color changes or any processing done to the hair. All of the cuticles on RAW hair are intact. Raw Hair comes in 3 basic textures; Straight, Wavy, & Curly. Keep in mind with raw hair, no one bundle is going to look identical to another. We recommend you read our full hair care section to get a better understanding of your investment.
Cuticle aligned hair is hair that has not been altered chemically. All cuticles remain intact which allows the hair to maintain its strength and luster.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from original purchase date within the United States, and 7-14 business days for International delivery. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. Orders are sent out via USPS and Signature Confirmation is required when receiving the package. If you miss the USPS delivery attempt, your local post office will hold he package for you to pick up.

Yes. We recommend that any chemical processes be done by a professional. This purchase of hair is an investment for you and chemically altering the hair can possibly damage it. Although our RAW hair extensions can handle coloring process very well, please be cautious. If the hair is chemically-altered incorrectly, the cuticles can become damaged and overexposed, causing fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage has no reverse button, and we will not be held liable for any damages.
With proper care, our hair can last over 2-3 years.
Minimal shedding is normal within the first couple wears, just like your own hair! But if you feel your hair is shedding excessively, please feel free to contact us.
Yes, your new RAW hair can be styled like your own hair. You are able to use a flatiron or curling iron tool to straighten, curl, etc. Keep in mind the hair does not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, it is imperative that you use a heat-protecting product, always co-wash your hair.
On average , most customers received their hair in 7-10 business days from original purchase date. However, it is recommended that you allow yourself enough time to receive your hair. Always prepare for unexpected delays from USPS due to Covid 19 or weather related conditions.
